Returns & Refunds
We provide a 60 day no quibble returns policy, providing the PODD is in unused and sellable condition.
If you want to return your PODD please reach out on the site messaging system or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be liable for collection costs which can be up to £100 and there will be a small 5% restocking fee.
Returned goods should be in their original packaging and in a clean, whole and sellable condition. If this is not the case we reserve the right to pursue a claim against you.
If you think your PODD is defective remember you are covered under our 5 year warranty (can be upgraded to lifetime with club membership) and please reach out on the site messaging system or email: email@example.com. Include photos of the issue and we will endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible for you.
Our standard warranty is 5 years for ceramic parts and 1 year for other parts, this can be upgraded when joining the club to lifetime on ceramics.
Once the PODD is returned / collected we will process your refund minus any restocking fees and collection costs within 30 days, no credit card fees will be refunded.
Accessories can be returned in their original packaging and in perfect sellable condition within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full less a restocking fee of 10% or £10 whichever is greater. Please note no delivery charges will be refunded and customer pays postage.
You can return your products via any other suitable courier such as the Post Office (Royal Mail). Please ensure you have the appropriate insurance, especially for any ceramic items being returned.

Once the items are received we will process the refund which can take up to 30 days from receipt of goods.
